Mark Buesing

Engineer, Bike Racer, Physics Teacher, Coach

Mark Buesing has a BS in electrical engineering (UIUC '89). He worked at Hughes Aircraft and Motorola before taking a hiatus to be a full-time bicycle racer. After retiring from cycling Mark earned an MA in education (Roosevelt '95). Mark teaches physics at Libertyville high school (IL) where he was also the cross country coach for 20 years.

Mark's passion is teaching and helping students understand the world around them. He is available for high school and college tutoring through his website.

Mark is also the author of The Physicist's Guide to Weight Loss.

If all you want to do is lose weight, then you should go to the moon. What we're talking about really is losing mass.
