  • Clear and loud 2-way speaker
  • 24/7 Professional care assistance
  • Long-lasting battery back-up

LifeFone’s At Home package is designed to give you, or a loved one independence and safety at home. The At Home package is sold two ways giving you the option to connect the base station directly to your existing landline or, if you don’t have a landline, you can also connect the base station to your cellular service.

The At Home package is designed to give you a sense of security in your home so that if you need emergency assistance, they are only a button push away. Both package options have optional fall protection services that can be added. Besides connecting to call services differently, the main difference between the Landline and Cellular options is a little bit of a price difference. The Cellular package is a little more expensive than the Landline package. They both come with a base station and a wearable pendant that allows you to call for help if you can’t reach the base station.

Monitoring and Technical Support

LifeFone’s monitoring support operators are ready for your call whenever you may need it. Many customers praise how quickly an operator has responded to check on them even in the event of a false alarm call.

Customer Reviews

Customers and their family members give a lot of praise to the LifeFone teams and products, and most customers talk about how safe they feel just having the devices from LifeFone whether or not they have had to use them yet. Some people have had a little trouble with the fall detection pendants not always working, but LifeFone has helped to replace those so that their customers are still just a call away from getting the help they need.

I lost my husband a couple of years ago, and I’m still living in my home. My son wanted me to have the ability to get 911 immediately or him or anybody, so he got me the LifeFone. When I tested it, their response was immediate, and the reps who came on the line were friendly. They were concerned and want to help if they needed to. I wear the device around my neck, and I don’t like it very much. But I feel safer knowing that I have it.

Judith of Houston, TX

I live alone in a big old farmhouse out in the country. My kids got me a LifeFone. Thus far, I have had to call it once and have help come to get me up when I fell in a snowbank. I’ve also had their team respond when something gets tangled in the cord of the device when I’m sleeping. I try to get that undone, and that makes the signal to them. I feel very comfortable with the device knowing I’ve got it.
