Honeywell’s Customer Reviews

Honeywell makes a really effective, basic model air purifier. Most of their units don’t have a lot of features, but they work and perform well. Its models are often ranked high by trusted sources like Consumer Reports and U.S News and World Report.

Honeywell has a grade of B- from the Better Business Bureau (BBB), but has had only two complaints filed with the consumer organization in the past three years. Both have to do with products other than air purifiers.

You will find several negative reviews on Trustpilot. Most of them are for the thermostats Honeywell makes and sells. You will also find dozens of complaints about poor customer service experiences – everything from taking months to receive answers to spending hours on the phone with company representatives.
